All Electrical Estimates are entered intothe Litek Estimating program with four Labor Unit options, theyare NECA - Commercial - Black Book - Competititve, with factoringavailable on all. For all that use my service I give the sameestimating program to the customer. All files for the estimatecan be sent via email in the Litek format or in Word format. Afaxed list of Items to be "Quoted" and Bid Summary issent, then all take-off sheets. printouts along with the Job Diskis sent FEDEX , UPS, Greyhound, or U.S. Mail.
To use my service the plans, specs must be sent to my officeafter a call first to establish that I am not doing the same jobfor another.. I will only do a job for one contractor. My termsare "Due on Invoice", as many jobs take several weeks Iexpect payment on Invoice.
My Guarentee is - No Charge if I do not make it for Bid Date -
Fees are calculated by the "E" Sheet
Commercial work is 4 hours per "E" Sheet
Industrial work is at 6 hours per "E" Sheet
Design is at 8 hours per Sheet

Court time is $750 per day plus expenses
*All Travel is round trip by Air from Medford, Oregon, and mustbe paid for in advance. Reservations at a Hotel or Motel withtransportation to & from the airport and Job or Court Sitemust be made in advance. Meals should include business meetings.
